The first one stopped working (would no longer turn on) 5 days after Christmas. We exchanged it for another exact model and this one stopped charging and the brakes failed within 3 weeks.

We got our money back, but since I bought it on Black Friday, there's not another scooter I can buy for the same price. I'm really disappointed in the product.

Like most of the other reviews, this scooter worked for 5 minutes before battery died. Charged AGAIN, followed manual instructions EXACTLY, and it never would work again :( Taking back today.

Three of my children received one of these scooters each for Christmas.... they were able to ride for about 30 minutes give or take and then the batteries died. We charged the scooters all night long and when tried again none of them worked. My husband has tried everything possible to charge these scooters but still no luck! What are the odds of all three failing to properly work.....

Disappointing

Very disappointing. The first one I bought wouldn't charge so I took it back. The next one had rust on it and also wouldn't charge. I called the support line and waited forever, finally talked to someone and they didn't know how to solve it. Gave up and took it back, horrible.
