NYPD Helicopter - Balance Rotor

      Rotor on Helicopter broke the very first time up in the air. Went up and after reaching about 8 feet in air, upon trying to lower it, it landed hard (skill to control obviously not yet developed)and the balance rotor broke off.

      No longer flyable. No replacement part in kit. Need help from JADA Toy folks to get a replacement part. No answer to phone call. Website doesn't even show this toy as a product. E:Mail address for customer contact doesn't work.

      So. Are the kids happy??

      NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
