        We gave this bike to my daughter less than a month ago and the colors are severely faded. The pinks are almost white. it looks like a washed-out version of the photo. the pink handle grip is almost white as well. The wheels haven't held their color that well either. This bike fit her personality perfectly when we got it. Now it just looks like a sad version of its former self.

        Ordered this bike for my 6 year old daughter. The day it arrived she waited so patiently for her dad to come home to put together, they get everything out of the box and NO hardware! Thank god my husband is handy and has lots of extras in the garage so he did get it put together. I called customer service and they wanted me to pack it up and they would ship a new one. Needless to say 6 year old not happy so we settled with a 10% discount, I was not to happy about that but was tired of going back and forth on the phone.

          We purchased this bike for my seven year old daughter. It is just as cute as it looks in the picture! Easy to put together. She loves it! The only thing I don't like is that it does not have a kick stand.

                  Watch the Painted Rim Syndrome

                  What the squeak!
                  Adjusted the rear brakes over and over again(done over 20 brake jobs, on both cars and bikes) and have never had such a squeak problem. Only on this bike and only on the rears. Why? Some of our other kids bikes had painted rims, but they also only had coaster brakes, no calipers. The grippy painted rims, combined with the mounting direction of calipers causes a squeak which won't go away. Swap w/ a chromed rim, no noise. But now noise on the other bike, now with the painted rim. Its the paint. Was going to return for another bike, but they all have painted rims! Don't they know? Deciding whether to refund or sand off the paint on the part of the rim that the brake pads ride on. I hate this problem.
