                the service and the delivery for this product was ok but for some reason this item was separated from the rest of my order. It arrived on its own and it was not at all what i expected, i thought it was bigger, more so the size of a bookbag but it was the size of a small purse for a child. I thought I was getting my child a new book bag for school for the picture mis-represented the product so I had to go and buy another bag that was more suitable for my purposes but it's was ok for the price
