I ordered the infrared bat mobile for my son on Christmas as one extra thing and 3 days later it came in the mail. Only thing was it was the wrong toy. I called toys r us and it seemed like ad soon as I have them my order number they already knew it was the wrong toy. It's now January 15th and my son has no bat mobile. Terrible service.

Christmas gift for my 4-year old grandson. He really enjoys the fast speed and the quick maneuvers. Still needs to learn the programmed controls so there is much nore fun he can have with this for a long time. The drawback is that it will not operate well on plush carpet. Need to use it on hard flat surfaces such as floor tile, wood flooring, etc.

This U-Command Batmobile never worked. The remote was broken and the fresh batteries that I put in got really hot (yes, they were inserted correctly) which leads me to believe there was some faulty wiring within the remote.

The Batmobile is well build and very sturdy. It has lots of great features. The wheels are rubber, so it doesn't damage furniture. It does go on a carpet after you change the switch at the bottom (please read the instructions);it does work better on a wooden floor, but not limited. I love it and so is my 3 1/2 year old son.

This worked for all of 1 minute then died. Will not move forward/backward. Replaced batteries and still nothing. I am not sure what happened, but it was a major disappointment for my son on Christmas Day.

This car was fun for the short amount of time that it worked. Before the try me batteries went dead, the 'transmission' went out. Won't go forward or backwards. The only thing it does is make noise. I am very disappointed. This was my sons birthday gift and he had it for less than a day. It would not go on the carpet and we didn't get a chance to take it outside. Had to stay on a smooth surface.

I HAVE IT (U-COMMAND BATMOBILE AND BATPOD) AND WILL BUY MORE FOR ME AND MY KIDS TO ENJOY!!! DURABLE RUBBER TIRES MADE TO SURVIVE IMPACTS. OBVIOUSLY NOT FOR ROUGH ROADS, BUT CAN BE USED OUTDOORS ON FLAT AND SPECIALLY SMOTH SURFACE. RUNS GREAT ON MY CARPET, GREAT ON FLOOR TILES! TO BE HONEST, THE ONLY THING THAT I WISH I CAN CONTROL IS THAT LOUD VOICE OF BATMAN SO I CAN PLAY IT EVEN MIDNIGHTS! LOL! I HAD LOTS OF FUN WITH IT!

Product looked built good. Had alot of features. Product only works on wood/tiled floors. It is NOT usable outside, IT is NOT usable on any sort of carpet or rug. Having additional Info about this product listed about areas to use it in would be much appreciated.
