My daughter loved this toy. She loved the movie Brave and this was a great combination of horse and doll! The doll is actually posable to ride the horse properly unlike some combo doll/horse sets I have seen. Great quality on the toy as well. As usual Disney doesn't disappoint :)

The doll is beautiful and the legs are jointed. That being said, she does not stay on the horse. I have placed her legs in many positions and she just slumps over the horse's mane and falls off when my daughter tries to move the horse. I even tried using one of her elastic head bands to hold her on like a seat belt but it was a marginal fix. The stirrups run parallel to the horses body so the dolls feet can't go into them unless you twist the stirrups and then the stirrups pop off. The doll is now on the floor and my 4 year old is dragging the horse behind her by its reins or trying to ride it herself. This product is beautiful and would be nice as a decoration piece. I had a horse this size when I was young and it had wheels on its feet for pushing and the legs moved back and forth as you pushed it. That feature would be nice to see on this toy and would make it a more usable and interesting toy as well as a better value. Would be nice if the doll didn't slump or fall off. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

This product is beautiful. It's a very good sized horse and doll. The doll is soft and her clothes are very good quality. My daughter loves, loves, loves them both. It's a good price for both pieces. Walmart had repunzel and a horse that cost quite a bit more and the doll is very stiff. My daughter sleeps with the horse and has played with the set everyday since Christmas.

Beautiful gift set for an advid Brave's fan! However, we are having trouble with Merida staying on Angus. She has a tendency to fall off due to the positioning of the strups. For the amount of money spent of this, I thought it woulf be easier for the doll to stay on the horse. However, my daughter does love this set!

Merida and Angus will be a Christmas present for grandaughter. I opened the package to check and see if I bought a great toy, and this is a very nice present. Merida can sit on Angus really good and not fall off. Merida and Angus will have many adventures. This toy will be a hit at Christmas. A well made toy.
