        This flying camera helicopter is a waste of money! (I've had remote controlled helicopters and planes and they all flew well.) But this Eye Spy Helicopter is usless, a piece of junk! Just after it starts to lift off the engine quits! I tried to get it to hover, it would not respond to command signals. It did raise up about ten feet, the engine quit. And it dropped hard, breaking the cheap plastic landing skids, and the thin housing... THIS PRODUCT IS USELESS AND A WASTE OF MONEY! Go to a real hobby stores to buy remote controlled helicopters, planes, cars, boats, supplies...

        It has a Great Camera for the price, however it is not a very wide angle lens. It flies great. If it loses signal it drops like a rock. The weakest thing about it is the landing skies, they snap like twigs if it falls from anything higher than about 4 feet high. The body is very flimsy and will crack on almost any impact. Not a beginner bird. Costumer Service gets back to you quickly. To contact them just leave a recorded message about any problem with the eaglespy and they do call back! Toys R Us has mailed me a replacement when the tail rotor stopped working. For Recording video the chip is in the detachable color monitor. You can watch real time. Night Vision good for 20 feet in pitch black. Fly an easy clean hoover for great
        shots, still or video. Just don't crash it!

                  a great remote control helicopter. it has 15 minutes of life before you have to recharge, but that is the same with almost all remote control helicopters. we are all having great fun videoing and flying at the same time

                        My son saved his money to buy something "cool" and was very excited about purchasing this copter. Unfortunately, the second time out, the thing just stopped working. This was used with parental supervision, so I'm sure it wasn't just an issue of a kid dropping or slamming something. It just stopped. I think we might have gotten about 15 minutes of fly time total before it gave out. We've saved the receipt and will be returning tomorrow.
