I got this product for my 3 year old who is obsessed with cars. He loves it as well as my 4 year old daughter and my 1 yeard old daughter. they play with this track together and have fun racing each other. the track is sturdy and no problems with the assembly. If you know your ABC's and 123's, this should be easy to assemble. Love this toy keeps kids interacting and busy. There is no problem with the motor, the cars race around the track with ease and they keep going. I have tried other cars and they seem to work, even the hot wheels.

After waiting to have this brought to Australia (and reading mostly negative reviews on other sites for this and the early release motorised tracks) I must say it is disappointing. The Motor seems to be the problem - enough to push one car around at a time, add two cars, they stop within a few laps.

The Lightning McQueen (that came with it) can't run more than a few laps without stopping - even on it's own!

Lots of complaints on other sites about weak motor - VERY disappointed!

Got for Christmas for my 2.5 and 4.5 year olds. They love it! I was worried that the track would come apart easy with the little one, but it really hasn't been a problem. They love it and have play with it a ton. We have lots of cars, some work better then others, some are too heavy, but that's okay. It makes it fun for the kids to experiment and see what cars work. Only sad thing is that Francisco doesn't work in the track. His open wheel design will get stuck in the rubber rotators that make the cars go. Overall very satisfied with the buy and my kids love it so much!

This product falls apart if you touch it. An hour after putting this together for my boys, I became so frustrated with the crying and Daddy put it back together, I packed it up in the box and put it in the trash can. The motor that moves the car burns through 3 "D" size batteries in a little over an hour. The only positive thing I have to say about the product is the cars will be fun to play with for a couple of hours after you put the track in the garbage.

The product itself is fine, it's the experience of dealing with Toys R Us that's frustrating. I ordered the item online but it took me an hour to get the item once I was in the store. The staff was very inefficient. The ladies at the customer service were fine, it was when we had to go to the back of the store to wait in line to get our stuff and there was no staff around to get it. Of course, everyone in line was frustrated. Finally the manager came but he didn't even seem to know where things were at. This is my 2nd bad experience with Toys R Us. I had one the year before also. You definitely need to improve your customer service.

So my kids received this as a Christmas gift and to be honest i was a little unsure about it BC every track that we have bought and threw away either didn't do anything, was way too complicated to put together, and/or falls apart while in use. This on the other hand is huge, easy to put together, doesn't fall apart at all and is super fun. To be honest my kids haven't played with it yet, but i couldn't help myself. :D cars go really fast.
