I bought this bike for my 5 year old daughter. It is very cute and assembled easily. My daughter loves it but I do have 2 small issues. The Hello Kitty storage box on the front of the bike rattles loudly while riding the bike. You have to wedge some shims behind it to hold it tight in the bracket and close something in the door to keep it quiet. Also the pedals are very hard to turn at first because the chain is painted purple. The thickness of the paint causes a lot of friction when its new and you have to wear the paint off first and oil it a lot before it goes easy. I recommend this bike only if your a little handy.

Its a good bike but the sparkly strings that hang on the side came off by them self but other then that its great

Bike came with a broken hand break, we took it back, and toys r us gave us a new one. That one also had a broken hand break. Took it back again and the Toys R Us manager told us that all of these bikes were coming out of the box that way, so he could give us a new one but that would also be broken.

We ordered this bike for our 5yr old daughter for Christmas. It was poorly packaged with no padding. The front wheel was very bent. We assembled it so we could at least show it to our daughter on Christmas day. The handle bar tassles completely fell apart on the first day. We read through the mail in return process (you have to send it and TRUS will DECIDE if it is damaged or not). We were not comfortable with this so we did the, "not so hassle free" return. It took two visits to our local Toys R Us and getting a manager involved to get our money back. Super cute bike, but we will not reorder. It is likely to be damaged again in shipping and you can't buy it in a store. We are going to look for a different bike somewhere else.

Was way more than I expected. Great looking and very sturdy frame. My daughter loves it! Everything it says it is. I gave it 4 stars because it was damaged when I received it (shipping). Streamers were broken off and there were large chips in the paint on the frame. Handle bars and tire rim was bent. Had to return it to the store for replacement. Otherwise an excellant choice.

I ordered the bike online got it shipped in great time to my address although i was very upset they just left the bike at my doorstep. Once i opened the bike it was in horrible condition stickers were falling off the seat was torn. I returned it to the woodland hills location and got a brand new one in a box very easily. I than opened the new one and began to put it apart just to come to find out the back was welded wrong and i could not attach the back tire!!! so I had to return this one as well!

This Hello Kitty 16" bike made my granddaughter very happy on Christmas morning. It came exactly as promised with very little to put together and paint and decals in great shape. The only change that we would make is the flowing tassles were falling out as she began to ride it - a disappointment for sure
but not serious

Out of all the little girl's bikes we looked at, this one was definitely the cutest in this size. It is a birthday gift. My daughter is going to love the sparkly bow on the front. Cannot wait to give it to her.
