Ordered as a christmas gift for my 7 yr old. He really like the aesthetic, but once he started to ride it we were very dissapointed. The rear tire is bent, brakes inadequate to stop the bike regardless of adjustment. bearings in the crank stick/grind. I realize its a "department store" bike, but this thing is complete garbage. Avoid this bike.

Had the bicycle assembled in the store. They kept whatever directions that came with it. How do you raise the seat??? with a wrench???

I purchased this bike online as a Christmas present for my son. The brakes are horribly cheap and would either stick to the tire or not clamp down at all (depending on how much you tightened the cable). Needless to say my son was really disappointed when he couldn't ride it and I will never buy a product from Razor again.

Bike was a Xmas gift for my boys 6 & 8 yr old. It's their first big boy bikes so I needed training wheels. Disappointed that the product description implies training wheels but it is NOT included. Bike assembly was easy for hubby 30 mins. Front reflector had to be removed as it did not fit with handle bars. But the bike overall looks very sharp.
I would have given more stars if description was more accurate

Although the bike arrived in great condition and was easy to assemble, the bike did not come as advertised. It is not necessarily the best choice for a kid just learning to ride. Training wheels are NOT included, although the product page says otherwise. Toys R Us Support was not at all helpful in trying to help me out (asking me to first return the bike before they can send me an entire new bike - just for training wheels that they could not even confirm was included in the package or not).

Also, this bike also does not have coaster (foot) brakes. So your child must be comfortable and have the dexterity for using hand brakes effectively.

The bike was shipped packaged very well and had no damaged parts. I was very happy that the only missing part was the training wheels. The bike looks great and was relatively easy to assemble. Hopefully my child will enjoy this (and learn to use the hand brakes).
