Okay car seat; not the best

When looking for a booster car seat for my 2.5 year old daughter, my top criteria was:
1. It will grow with her - this car seat does that as it can be used up to 100lbs and adjusts for use with the 5 point harness and seatbelt when she gets older.
2. It must be comfortable - out of all the car seats in the store, this was one of the only affordable ones that had a little bit of padding on the seat and back. My daughter also says it is comfortable.
3. We travel a lot so it must be airline approved - it is.

That being said, there were other criteria that I did not consider that I should have:
1. This car seat reclines; however it is extremely difficult to adjust once it is installed.
2. It has a cup holder but my daughter can't reach it at all.
3. The base is kind of flimsy; I need this seat to last us until my daughter doesn't need a car seat anymore - 6 more years! The base doesn't seem sturdy enough to last that long.

Needless to say, I am returning the car seat today for a more sturdy, user-friendly seat that also has all the criteria we need.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

To heavy to move on and out the car, also to big and i discover a hole after the second wash of the cover ....
