All the DreamLites come with 4 light options: steady blue, amber, or green and the 4th is all three colors that transition every 4 seconds continually in a loop. The face of the particular pet is also projected along with the stars. One can switch the light into timer mode which will cause the light to shut off automatically after 20 minutes.

My daughter was thrilled to get one of these for her 7th birthday. It worked once, then stopped. We changed the batteries, tried to get it to work again making sure we had it on the timer so the batteries didn't run out. Finally we gave up figuring it was a cheap toy. So we took it back to toys r us., to our surprise toys r us exchanged it without a receipt or the packaging. Got it hone, installed new batteries and it worked once and then stopped again. The only good thing is that our daughter learned not to trust the commercials on TV! But kuddos to Toys R Us for their excellent service!!

We got this for our daughter for Christmas and it was her favorite gift. She sleeps with it every night! If we forget to turn it on, she will not go to sleep. She loves falling asleep "under the stars"!

My daughter was very excited to get her Dream Lite for Christmas. But it gets "stuck" in a state of either having all three lights on or flashing all three lights every day. I can re-set it by taking the batteries out for a few minutes, but it's very annoying. I see others are having the same issues and are not getting help. For such a simple item and sells for a high price, you would expect better quality. Don't waste your money.

OK when i put the batteries in it, it worked fine.... the lights changed colors when you hit the button but now it is stuck in the 3 colored light..... i have changed batteries and now the timer does not work... has anyone had this problem or have a solution???

OK was very excited when my daughter recieved this for christmas, but i put the batteries in and it worked (changed colors and timer worked) now you turn it on and it is stuck on the 3 colors and the timer does not work, we are not able to change the colors anymore :( has anyone had this problem????

This so called "dream" lite is the biggest piece of junk! The button broke after less than two months of use. I called the Dream Lite customer support and got a rep on the phone who barely spoke any English. She kept telling me like a robot that they can't do anything since it was not bought online. Save yourself some money - don't buy it!
