      Comments about Fashion Accessory Bazaar 1001771 Hello Kitty Backpack - Pink with Stripes and Hearts:

      I ordered this backpack for my daughter. It came with a broken zipper. I called Toys R Us and they said that I should go ahead and keep the broken one, but that they would send me a new undamaged one. They said I'd receive it within 7 days. Well 13 days later and no backpack and my daughter is having to use a broken one for school every day. So I called again and they told me that the order was still in processing waiting for "approval". I told them to keep it and just refund my money. Guess I'll buy one somewhere more reliable.
