Faulty and poor return options

Comments about Franklin Sports Table Top Pinball - Spider-Man:

This was a Christmas gift from Santa. Unfortunately the sound and lights only work at times. WIthin 10 minutes of putting the batteries in, it no longer worked. 5 hours later, it turned on again. Then off... again. Tried to exchange it, but EVERY local store is out of stock. Because I purchased it on sale they said I would just have to hold onto it and keep checking to see if the store gets more in. My only other option was to return it, then pay full price for a new one when they were in stock. Needless to say, I have a very disappointed 5 year old and Mom is irritated about the hassle of the return.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
