My 4 year old loves it but after 1 month the pegs attaching the seat broke. Can someone please let me know the process of getting this fixed.

great solid construction and allowed kids easy off and easy on access to this trike. also liked the seat being so low to the ground for safe riding

My son really enjoyed his big wheel, it is very disappointing he only got to enjoy it for about 2 weeks before the seat pegs broke. The support of the seat was what allowed him to peddle.

This was an early birthday gift for my grandson.

He loves to come over to our home and the first thing he does is ask to ride his RACER.

This would be a great product if you could get parts for it....we put together and they provide several placings for the seat for shorter and longer legs...but when you go to remove from one set of holes to the other....peg breaks and now the product is of no use to anyone...the seat now flops around...because we put this in the last hole and not the first close to the pedals, my grandson has never had the opportunity to enjoy the Big Wheel, after trying to get a phone number or a response to my emails to the manufacturing, I have had to luck in speaking to or conversing through email with the manufacturer.

We bought this for our 4 yr. old grandson for Christmas and less than a month later the seat is broken and he can't use it. The round pieces at the bottom of the seat both broke right off. Also, when he would peddle it, often the front wheel would just spin. Our children had Big Wheels when they were little and they lasted for a long, long time. I am so disappointed this isn't the case with this new one. The quality just isn't the same. I need to find out how I can either get my money back or a new Big Wheel?

This was a must have for my Grandson's 3rd birthday. I saw all the great gifts he received for Christmas but realized that everything was battery operated. I wanted to make sure he enjoyed some good old fashion fun and exercise like I did back in the days. When I saw the Big Wheel it reminded me of my childhood and how much fun we kids had racing up and down the street with it. It was a definite must have for him. Just as I thought, he loves it. His eyes opened wide when he saw it and jumped on it right away. It turned out to be his favorite birthday gift of all received.

My Grandson is six years old and weighs 45 pounds. He could operate the pedals just fine. Unfortunately, the front wheel would not grip any surface, it would simply spin. We tried it on carpet, asphalt, concrete, brick patio, etc. It would spin, but not get a grip and move it forward. I returned it to the store!

I didnt appreciate the way this is packaged, especially at Christmas! My Grandson saw this sitting on my front porch. It was delivered in the box with the picture to be seen by all! Should have at least been covered with brown paper, good thing I have trustworty neighbors or someone else would have had this gift !
