Plenty of Interactive Parts for Immersive Play

Your child's imagination will command a magical world of fortified ramparts, knights, and dragons with the Eagle Talon Castle. This playset is loaded with plenty of action, sound effects, and interactive features to enrich playtime.

A simple twist of the soldier figures on the discs will turn on the castle's defense mode. The central walls will flip up to shield the interior of the castle. Turn another disk and an eagle head will appear with talons raised to lock the drawbridge.

Your child will be able to launch discs from the eagle's mouth, raise or lower the drawbridge, or plow through the break-away wall to storm the castle. There's even a secret hideaway for treasure.

The new Fisher-Price Imaginext Eagle Talon Castle Playset features lights sounds and "Turn Tech" Technology to bring imaginations to life with every new addition from the Imaginext Castle line. It can magically recognize approaching Dragons, Ogres, and battlements to warn of impending attacks!

The Fisher-Price Imaginext Eagle Talon Castle Playset features:
  • Castle can expand from 20" out to 42" and is reconfigurable in different ways
  • Comes loaded with play right out of the box with three figure activations
  • When you turn the center disc, the castle springs into Eagle defense mode!
  • An eagle head pops out of the middle with an integrated disc launcher, "wings" fold down to shield the front windows, the central walls flip up to shield the interior of the castle and the drawbridge locks shut.
  • All this happens to the sounds of a majestic eagle screeching and rocks grinding! Each turn disc on the outside towers shutters the windows to prepare for an attack as well!
  • Comes with the transforming castle, 3 Figure turn discs, 2 catapults, 1 "Turn Tech" cannon with 2 projectiles, 3 figures with helmets shields and swords, 8 firing discs for catapults and eagle head, treasure chest, 2 ladders and 4 flags.

Bought this for my son's 5th birthday and he loves it but so does my 8 year old autistic son. It is a great toy for imaginative play and we have had many battles at our home with pretend Dragons. It does exactly what it says it does with the Action Tech technology. It is interactive with other accessories that come with the set, such as the cannon. It is very sturdy (stepped on a few times) and it does open up to 3 ft. as it says it does or you can make it smaller. It would be a great WOW toy at Christmas with or without additional accessories. We were pleased with our purchase but we were missing the Silver Knight and did not realize it until later. Toys R Us was great about contacting Fisher-Price and they sent a replacement free. It is a great toy for the older preschool and for those children who enjoy pretend play. The bonus DVD is "awesome" says my five year old and has numerous Imaginext stories using all of the different toys from Imaginext.

    Great Toy, Wish I could buy replacement parts

    My 3 year old daughter loves this new toy, we have had it for 2 days and its all she wants to play with. My husband and I both even really enjoy playing with her. The only problem I have, and the only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is that the disks are the one of the best parts and they are extremely easy to loose. I am ok with the fact that my daughter looses them but I just wish that they sold replacements. If they ever decided to sell extra disks I would change my review to all five stars.

                  We got the castle and dragon for my son's birthday and then Santa brought the Ogre and some figures. My son is 3 and plays with this all the time. It is bar far his favorite toy.
