    The actual product was great and my son loves it. But my whole order was incorrect. I was told by customer service that in 14 days I would receive the correct items and to call back if any other issues arrise. Well 17 days past and no replacement toys arrived. I called back to be told that all items that I tried to purchase 30days prior were no longer in stock. Well I received my bill and I am paying it off in full and will no longer shop at Toys R Us ever again. Many other customers complained about the same thing and apprently it has been going on for a long time.
