My sister-in-law purchased this item for me at my baby shower. I have been using this item for.. a little over a month now and the cover has ripped in multiple places. My daughter is not even 10lbs!!! It's really aggravating because sometimes the vibrations are the only thing that will calm her down and I can't really afford to go and buy a new chair.

You want to know about this chair?? be prepared to waste money going to buy another one in a few months...

I bought this bouncer because it was the least expensive. It goes together easily. It's almost impossible to get baby in and out of the bouncer because the activity bar doesn't come off quickly or ratchet up or down. The music/vibrating power unit is not covered with anything soft, so baby ends up kicking it all the time. Finally, the colors of the critters hanging from the bar are so neutral, that I can't imagine that they are very stimulating for baby. We end up hanging more colorful things on the bar. With all that said, my baby likes being in the bouncer, so it is more of a problem for the adults than it is for baby.

I registered for this bouncer and got it as a gift for my baby shower. The bouncer was aesthetically pleasing, and looked like a good bouncer over-all. When we got home from the hospital, we assembled the bouncer with some difficulty (I am the official 'put-it-together' person of the family and usually never have a problem w/ directions) the directions were not very clear, and I ended up assembling the bouncer incorrectly...but eventually got it together correctly. When I put my newborn in the bouncer, he immediately slid down. The incline is way too steep. The harness is gigantic and at its tightest setting, my baby still gets his arms under the straps...so, the harness, doesnt do its job. The straps for the harness are so far up, that Im beginning to think that nomatter what size baby you put in this bouncer, the straps will always be too high. Next, the buckles are so hard to snap closed, and open...it hurts my fingers to do and undo them, and when you un-snap them, they almost spring out as if they were spring-loaded! Last, the activity bar does not come out easily...so removal of the baby is tricky; "Do I go under? Do I go over?" I would not reccomend buying this bouncer, but thats just based on my experience with it. Maybe the bouncer is more suited for larger babies??? I will be returning this bouncer, however.

The plush sling in this and the soft headrest makes it easy for my baby to doze off to sleep. It's SUCH a great product that I'm really glad we have to help soothe my baby.

First day while putting this together a snap broke. they sent us a replacement. The placement of the music box gets in the way of my grand daughter kicking she has hurt her heel. The stitching is coming apart. Where the mobil snaps in, it is cracking. I don't have one good thing to say about this bouncer. Buy a different one!!!

This bouncer is too cute to pass up. When I first bought it I had some trouble installing but realized I had the wrong instruction manual. I called customer service and they walked me through it and sent me a new and correct instructional manual. It's a must around our house.

So I bought this bouncer thinking that it would be just like all the other expensive ones. The seat doesn't have any adjustments on it and the incline was too steep for my son. He is 16 lbs and slides down every time we put him in it. It is overall a small bouncer so his feet hang off too. It doesn't seem very strong to hold him either. The headrest cushion is too huge so we would never use it. I am overall not happy with it and will be returning it to the store today for something actually worth the money. Maybe it would be ok if my baby was tiny but what would be the point if he/she grew out of it too quickly? i would save your money for something a little bit better quality.

I originally bought this bouncer because it was cheap, looked cute and was portable.

I went to assemble it and the directions are completely confusing. Normally, I would say I'm a patient person, but this was just ridiculous. My husband (who actually reads directions/instructions) took a look at this as well. For the life if us, we could not get the bouncer put together properly. -The directions were this poor.

We took the bouncer back to Babies R Us, and asked if they could help us assemble it. They looked at it, confirmed we had all the right parts, and THEY couldn't even put it together after trying for 20 minutes and this was their own brand! Needless to say, at that point I just exchanged the darn thing for a Fischer Price model that was similar, though a little more expensive. Trust me, it was worth the extra 10-15 dollars for a brand more recognizable!

Also, the quality of this item is subpar. Certain lock in place/snap in place features of the bouncer were flimsy and did not fully lock.
