The Babies R Us Bounce 'n Sway in London Frog pattern is a great way to keep your baby comfortable and entertained. A removable full body insert and a three-point safety harness keeps baby safe and parents at ease knowing they can take their baby out as easily as they put them in the Bounce n Sway. Babies are sure to enjoy the new bounce and sway motions with calming vibrations that help put your baby to sleep whether you're at home or travelling. A control panel allows parents to choose between 5 melodies and 3 soothing sounds to complement two-speed swing settings that can be set with a ten minute, 20 minute, or 30 minute timer. The easy compact fold makes travel an easy task with a removable toy bar. The deep cradling seat with side padding is comfortably plush for your baby and is easily machine washable.

Bought this thinking it was very cute. Just got it and the thing doesn't work. Their customer service is only open till 4pm pst so have to wait and call. Kind of annoyed that for the price that it comes not working and will have to wait longer to see if it is the battery pack piece or the sway mechanism that is broke.

I bought this because it seemed intersting, and the pattern is very cute! The colors are much more vivid on the actual product then in the pictures.
I love the swaying motion, it isn't strong like a swing, and the low & high settings are exactly the same (something for the manufactuer to fix eventually i hope). But it does sway, and it's a nice feature for those babies that hate swings, but still like some light movement.
The vibrating feature is nice and strong, and the music is nice. There is also a locking feature if you wish for it to be just a bouncer. It doesn't bounce automatically, baby must bounce it itself.

Overall, it's a good product for what it says it is. It sways, and it bounces. It plays music, and it vibrates. It's priced on the higher side, but its such a cute design i think it's worth it!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

my baby either likes the swing one second and or the bouncer then next so instead of moving the child to a different chair everytime I just click a button. the swing feature is nice and strong..I do not see a difference in the strength of the low verses high setting. the music is nice but I wish it shuffled the songs instead of the same song plays over again until you change it. the bounce only happens if the child moves his feet like a normal bouncer..the fabric is bright and very cute..washable fabric so its not as plush and soft as I would like. I like how you can lock the chair when you do not want it to swing..has a nice strong vibration setting too. the toy bar however is weak metal and doesnt pivot or move so you have to go around it to get child in or out. you can take it off but you have to put you kid down first..but over all great idea for a bouncer..just wish it bounced on its own in addition

I had bought this bouncer and thought it bounced on its own electronically, but it does not..the baby has to bounce it self just like a normal bouncer..the swing feature is okay. I do not notice a difference in the low and high setting..swings the same to me. my baby is about 12 lbs and the setting has to be on high for it to swing enough for him to feel it...not sure if even a 20 lbs baby will swing as the weight limit says up to 25 lbs and already the swing is not that strong on high.the vibration is great, very strong but not over powering. the toy bar is weak and does not move so you have to angle your baby in and out.the seat doesnt have a plush soft feel as it is washable fabric. doesnt feel that comfortable for the baby and our baby slides down even with the belt on.overall its better then the traditional bouncer. but I wish is bounced electronically too
