Doc McStuffins is an American animated television series produced by Brown Bag Films, which premiered on March 23, 2012 on Disney Channel and Disney Junior. The series is about a six-year-old girl, Dottie "Doc" McStuffins, who can "fix" toys, with a little help from her stuffed animal friends, Stuffy, Hallie, Lambie and Chilly. During ending credits, Doc gives advice to viewers about staying healthy.

My 3 year old uses it daily. She loves Doc McStuffins (playing Doctor in general) and this phone has now become a necessary part of her doctor play time. We got (2) as gifts and I am happy because now when friends come over there is no fighting for it and each can play with one.

I see people complaining it's too soft. What are you talking about? Am I the only Mother who finds toys that make noise ANNOYING! This volume is perfect! phew! Finally a toy company that understands I don't want to listen to your toy shout the same 8 things over and over.

I recommend it! If your kid likes phones and Doc McStuffins get it.

We were quite disappointed when Doc's on Call Pretend Cell Phone arrived in the mail today. It says on the package, for ages 3+, when this is clearly a baby toy! It should say 12 months to 2 years on it! It's very simple and reminiscent of the cell phone my now 4 year old daughter played with as a baby. It's barely audible and you really have to put it up against your ear to hear anything. Also, the cover is really hard to open and close and if you drop the phone on any surface, the cover comes flying off. I was really hoping for something a bit more educational and up to par with the show. The only nice thing I have to say about this is that it's my daughter's favorite color and has Doc's image embossed on it.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas, and while I can say that it's absolutely adorable in look, you must be in an absolute STILL and COMPLETELY QUIET room to hear anything from the phone... The volume is so low that my daughter doesn't even care about it at all. Wasted $. Sad.

          This phone is cheaply made and the voices are to quiet. My 3.5 year old would have been thrilled to have "Loud Louie" the phone instead of this one. She played with the phone for a few days then it was put in the toy box and never brought out again. I wish the makers would stick to what things look like on the cartoon as that is what children expect and not the over merchandized verson that are being sold.

                I had read the reviews of this product and knew that there were problems with the volume, however, I was under the impression the issue had been resolved....It hasn't.
                Only a couple of buttons actually produce a sound and it is so low that even by pressing the phone against my ear, it is barely audible.
                Save your money and buy something else!

                  After looking forever for anything Doc Mcstuffins related I was so excited to find this phone at Toys r us. Luckily my 2 year old daughter was with me and she was so excited to see Doc. But after trying it for 10 sec she gave it back saying it was yucky. You can hardly hear anything on the phone unless it is right next to your ear and even then you have to strain to hear exactly wha tis being said. The buttons are a nice soft plastic but they don't press individually. A baby toy really. I expected much better. Glad my daughter was with me so I didn't waste my money

                            Seeing as every other Doc McStuffins toy vanishes from the shelves faster than can be stocked, I thought I had hit gold finding this in the store.

                            It's practically silent. I understand the need to protect kids' ears and all that, but this is just ridiculous. It's barely audible and the cover pops off so easily. I've spent more time trying to put it back together than my daughter has spent playing with it.
