      My daughter loves lalaloopsy in general. We love that they are trying to make children aware of diversity. She loves this doll! The outfit is very well made for durability. The goggles do slip off occasionally, but with a little tightening of the strap, they stay on now. The head of all the lalaloopsies are weighty, but not so much that they're impossible to carry. The outfit is all one piece(sewed together) which greatly minimizes losing parts of the outfit. The only complaint I have is on the pet. My daughter has the mermaid too & the pet(blowfish) is made of pliable plastic/rubber because it's a squeeze water toy also. But the pet that comes with this doll(a superhero racoon) is made of a hard plastic that remindds me of those cheap Happy Meal toys/dollar store toys or plastic Easter Eggs. I worry if she drops it(the pet) that is will crack or break. Are all the pets made like this? Anyhow, the cheap plastc of the pet is the only reason I gave this toy 4 stars. The doll itself is for sure 5 stars!
