I do not understand this high chair. Worst product ever. First of all, you cant clean it. The seat fabric is not wipeable, so every time my kid eats, it has to be taken apart and washed - 3x a day. Second, it claims to fold up for easy "out of the way" storage, however, this is not actually true. The huge tray has to come off to fold it up and then what do you do with the tray? my biggest issue is that it doesn't clean well. With kids, you need things that WIPE clean. Safety 1st did not make a great product here. It does have 138938903 straps to keep your kid in place. I took the two shoulder straps off and just use the belt/leg straps
