Fun toy for a minute and thats it. All my young son had to do was press it down too hard and the bottom broke out of it. I tried to find a replacement because it was not his toy which has been more frustrating then anything because you can only buy it in stores but everystore shelves are bare all the way into mid-February bc "They are still stocking up from Christmas" plus it's misleading bc the web ID number covers all the different variations of that toy so I cannot find one even when they say it is in stock :( I do not usually shop at Toys R Us and now I am reminded why.

      We bought this for my son's 4th birthday & big dis-appointment, the remote works but the train won't work after installing all required batteries.
      Went back to the store & exchanged for another similar one hoping that would work. Came home & installed new batteries and again the same problem. my son was so disappointed as he really wanted a RC gordon for a long time. We were disappointed with the item & the service at Toys r us, as we informed the issue first time & wanted check there if the second worked before bring home, but they wouldn't co-operate with that.
      I had to come back home check & go back twice. Wonder why they allow items that would even work at first. Quality control has to improve & not even allow such items at the display rack at first place.
