This is a good toy, the kids have fun playing with the keys on the keyboard and singing on the microphone. Only 2 problems I have are these: #1 this thing needs new batteries almost every week. #2 it is not very loud. I was hoping to use this to help my daughter learn to play keyboard/piano but the sound is so low we can barely hear it. My 5 yr old did show me that if you wiggle the cord for the microphone that the sound of the keyboard gets louder... weird.

If I couldnrate less than 1 star, I would. The sound was horrible right out of the box. The kids enjoyed it so we were going to keep it. Two weeks after Christmas it completely stopped working, my kids were sad. We returned it to the store and ordered a totally different keyboard from a different site. I do NOT recommend this product at all.

You can barely hear the piano when a child is using the microphone. We thought the "second" speaker on the left side was not working, so we opened it up, and there is no speaker at all. Never could get it to record either. Would NOT recommend this product at all! Would love to return it, but I don't have the receipt or box as it was a Christmas gift.
