For the price it really doesn't do much at all. This was what my son wanted for Christmas the most. He talked about it everyday. He was already over it the day after Christmas. It's very similar to the Hulk Gamma Strike that he has that he also lost interest although not as quickly as Wreck It Ralph. You just push the arms down and the buttons on the back pockets and he says phrases and crashing noises. Unless your child has a really good imagination and can play for long periods of time by himself and make up story lines with the doll then maybe it's worth it. My son is 5 years old and did not see the movie but wanted it from commercials and seeing the toy at other stores.

Thought the toy was bigger in size than expected but didn't plan on the arms breaking so easy. The first one came in shipment broke and the second a day after given to grandson for Christmas. Very poorly made. Gave up on this item and replaced his Christmas with something else.

My 4 year old son loved the movie and so loves the action figure, we just bpught it for him for Christmas. While he gets it we visit toy stores and he pkay s with it non stop. Best of all its sturdy. Has a bad and good side of his personaluty so my son chooses which he will make him be.
Wish they had made a big size Fix it Felix, we are looking to buy Vanillope too!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
