      New Dr. Evil has good articulation. The sculpt is better than the 60s version. You might be better off using Captain Action under your costumes since he has blue skin. The comic book is a waste.

      The new Dr. Evil is a perfect compliment and adversary to the Round2 Captain Action figure. This (like the CA fig) is a toy that explodes with fun, adventure and, possibilities once in hand and released from the box. You can not get the true potential of this figure looking at it online. I have picked up 2of them so far and hope to pick up another today. My 6 yr old is having a blast with his and also has the Loki costume and enjoys them both.
      The figure is incredibly detailed with a sinister head sculpt. The articulation is amazing, especially for this price point. The joints on the knees and elbows are very thick, which lends well to active play without fear of breaking. The only down grade on the fig is the knees, and wrists are very loose. This does not hinder him from standing or holding most poses.
      Outfit and accessories are nicely done and again seem made to take on heavy play without issue.
