Kids got this set and the blue castle set for Christmas. They have been playing with the bloks for hours each day. They can have their own forts or combine sets. Also love that these MEGA mega blocks are compatible with the regular size mega bloks- kids love using those to decorate their forts.

We bought this for our daughter for Christmas, it looked like a beautiful playhouse for her and I loved the idea that she could tear it apart and re-build it any way she wanted too. the bloks are not sturday at all, didn't stay together well & was able to knock over real easy. I really thought being a megabloks item that they would be sturdier plastic bloks. The castle itself is not very tall, an older child would have to play with it without the top of it on it. Also, the top is very nicely made but it also did not stay on well. The door is very flimsy plastic and does not stay on. This item was not made for durability and that is what I was looking for & it is really not as cute as it looks on the box. Sadly I am going to take it back and have to find her something else she can enjoy. I wold not recommend this product to anyone, especially for the price.

The "Mega Bloks Mega Play My Fairytale Castle" is used as a house for younger children to be in. When you see the box there is a picture shown of big kids playing in the house so you expect to be worth the money. However I recently bought this for my daughter, and it didn't meet my expectations. The blocks are hollow, and the door is made from cheap plastic and easily comes off. Its not as tall as you would expect it to be either. I am highly disappointed in this product, and I suggest that other parents do not buy this item.
