New moms: your nursing experience WILL be painful at least for the first few weeks. Being a mother of two and having had way more than my share of pain and cracking, it is my mission to help as many new moms have a GOOD nursing experience from day one. This natural, safe-for-baby cream will absorb into your skin instead of just sitting on top of it like other products do, moisturizing and relieving dryness and the pain on the surface of your skin. (If you have pain coming from inside your breast - in the milk ducts and sinuses - it can be helped by checking your baby's latch with a lactation consultant and by using gentle massage techniques). I have tried everything out there and here's my advice to you: get this cream and some Bamboobies nursing pads. Use them from day one and you will never regret your decision. This nipple is soft and silky in texture. No weird smells or nasty chemicals! I swear this nipple balm is the key to why I love to breastfeed! I heard so many horror stories about cracked nipples and scabbing...ouch; I don't have those problems because I use this cream after every feeding!
