Great way to expose more math to my daughter
I bought this for my daughter the other day, and she appeared to be really engaged with this app. I love the fact that it's interactive, and teaching math at the same time.

I was trying to find a game that would help my 5yr old learn how to count change. Unfortunately this game only confused him. The coins are not called by their true names; i.e. penny, nickel, dime. The game calls the coins mints. What’s the point of that? It would have also been very helpful if the game counted out the money that is being brought over when making change. Instead of having the child bring over random “mints the game continually tells him he is wrong when he checks the answer.

Great game for early math skills
from Cincinnati, OH
My 6 year old loves this game. She enjoys all the activities in each level and is gaining practice with number recognition and learning about counting money.

My son loves to come and show me how he make shampoo or can make a stuffed animal. It's been great. Had to push to get him to play at first but now he loves it.
4 yr old girl likes it
from Seattle, WA
We got it. She's really engaged by it. The math presentation is a good mix of numeral recognition, simple counting, and light arithmetic. The mini-games within introduce each new 'level' very softly and never grows too hard too quickly. The animations are colorful and high-quality. Overall, a much better product than what I've seen of the games licensed from TV/Movie characters.
Not helpful with counting money
from Phoenix, AZ
I wanted something that would help my grandson recoginze coins and currency and understand their value. The description of Leap School Math indicated that would include this but it only talks about banking, etc. Would like to see Leap Frog introduce an app for teaching money.
Keeps kids attention
This game is great! My 4 and 8 year old both have a great time playing while learnig!
Great but quick

My five year old loved this but uncovered all the activities in our 2 hour car ride. She loves it and plays it but the patern in questions make it too easy.
My 4 year old daughter loves this game! I have found it easy to teach my daughter early reading skills, but have struggled to come up with good ways to teach math skills. I am really impressed with her progress in learning basic math skills using this game. The game keeps her entertained and does a great job explaining concepts in a way that a 4 year old can understand.
