    The post above says it all - my 7-year-old and I struggled for about 5 hours to put this together - no way a 5-year-old could do it. Maybe there should have been an "average time" listed so we'd know going in!

    Some parts are not strong enough to stay attached so just when you think you have it, it comes apart and you have to start over. Several places need more strength. A few places in the instructions we found errors, with the block sizes different from the "pieces you will need" to the "how to" pictures. It was extremely frustrating and hard not to just grab the whole thing and trash it, but with a little one's eyes looking at you pleadingly you just want to complete ot! It will definitely make me think twice about this brand of building blocks.

          The age range on this toy is absolutely ludicrous! It took 3 adults, over 5 hours to assemble this. There is no way on earth that ANY child, no matter the age, could possible have any fun assembling this product.

          Maybe they could play with it, but heaven help them should any pieces come apart.

          Try giving your 5 year old a 3D puzzle with 2000 pieces, he stands a better chance.
