Didn't think it thru fully when I got it for my son but after finally getting to Kroger to get it blown up (for free) it was very easy to put together and works great.

worked fine and Our 5 year old loved his gift. the auto makes it easy to go forward and then he just needs to steer left or right, up or down. I went to the local grocery store and was charged only $2.00 to fill the swimmer and pig balloon. I would highly suggest this instead of purchasing helium tanks.

Our son was so excited when he received this Christmas morning. He was equally disappointed when it just floated like a birthday ballon. Not only do you overpay for a balloon and then a helium tank to fill it, but once assembled, the motor that operates the tail fin never worked. The wiring that connect the controller with the motor is such a small gage and comes completely twisted, it is a wonder that any of them ever work. By far the worst product we have purchased this year.

Watching the video before assembly will help you. (Search: air swimmers assembly) It's not difficult to assemble, just takes a steady hand & 30 min. Suggest getting a $30 small ballon helium tank which will fill about 3 birds total.

I bought two air swimmers as gifts, one for my son and one for my nephew. They were tedius to put together. My Brother-in-law also had trouble putting it together. The parts did not stick and broke easily. It was such a disappointment. Out balloon never worked properly. I tried many times to contact the company, as did my brother-in law. No one EVER got back to us. Got standard responses that they were closed and someone would get back to us, never did. Don't waste your money!!
