Just like everyone else it is not the same picture that is shown. But if you have a Monster High fan like I do it really didn't matter to her. It's still a cute picture and the lights look like candle lights glowing when turned on.

Although the picture wasn't quite what was depicted, it is still pretty neat, and worth the money. My little girl absolutely loves it, and I suppose that's all that counts!

When she first opened the package it looked great. The colors were bright and colorful and she couldn't wait to put batteries in so she could see how it would light up. When she put the batteries in it was missing several essential parts from the battery compartment. Without these the picture would not function at all. I took it back to the nearest Toys R Us but they had never seen it so all they could do is refund my money. Now we are back to square one looking for the right piucture to go with her room decor.

I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT READING THE REVIEWS FOR THIS ITEM. I ORDERED THIS AS A XMAS GIFT AND RECIEVED THE UGLY PINK ONE!I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECIEVE THE CORRECT ONE IN 3-7 DAYS. ON THE 6TH DAY I CALLED JUST TO MAKE SURE I WOULD RECIEVE IT IN TIME FOR XMAS AND WAS TOLD THE ITEM WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I AM VERY UPSET THAT THIS COMPANY WOULD PROVIDE SUCH POOR SERVICE. NOT ONLY DID THEY SEND ME THE WRONG ITEM BUT THEY ALSO FAILED TO LET ME KNOW THE ITEM WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I AM ALSO DISSAPONTED IN THE WAY THEY SHIP THEIR ITEMS, AS THEY JUST THROW IT IN A BOX WITHOUT ANY PACKING MATERIAL. VERY SLOPPY AND I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY FROM TOYS R US EVER AGAIN!

i to got the awful black and white canvas with the awful pink colored paint splatter.i was so upset i called 1888babyrus.they are going to send me what i ordered or refund my money.i believe this is a case of false advertisment. so incredibly disappointed.

I have the same complaint as everyone else.The picture is not colorful. instead you get a pink splatter/tie-dye effect with a colorless image of the girls printed on. I'm including a picture of what I got.

also a victim of the not what i ordered, i got the lamp, comforter, sheets and canvas for my daughters b day thinking they would be what was pictured and tie in together, more mismatched than anything

i ordered this because i liked the colors an the look but when i recieved it, it was not the same i also recieved the black an white thing. It is a gift for my daughter an she loves monster high an will love it anyways but im not a fan of it an a bit upset because its NOT what i payed for or ordered for that matter.

I like the design and lights in it. The back could more sturdy. The back of the picture could be made out of something more durable. I'm hanging it in my daughter's room for decorations. She loves it

not happy with what i recieved, i wanted the one that is shown on the website. instead i got a one where the dolls are black and white, not colored. would NOT reccomend this.
