    The product is cute and durable,however, my 3 year old does need some help putting the slidable maps in. Unfortunately, we do not have an I Phone, we have an Android. I do like that my son is able to use the maps even though we don't have an I phone. But it would be a lot cooler if it was Android compatable!

    Don't waste your money!! We were so excited to give this to our daughter for Christmas, and she loves it. However, the design is terrible!!! The wand connection CONSTANTLY becomes loose to the point where it becomes infuriating. When the wand comes loose, the product turns off. I expected way more from a product associated with apple/Mac. Our daughter gets frustrated because she always thinks it's broken. Extremely disappointed.

        I bought this for my 3 year old daughter for christmas 2012. she likes playing with the map and using it with her ipod. I hate the thing, the little door that keeps the maps in in the tray is constantly coming off and the pen used to activate the interaction features will not stay plugged in and then turns itself off because the pen is disconnected. the pen only works if it is used exactly at a 90 degree angle and only if you are close enough to the small area that activates the interaction. it is also very iffy when using the ipod in the cradle, the connection between the 2 devices isn't reliable at all. very poor in my opinion, it will soon find it's way to the trash.

            Plastic lid falls off at the slightest touch, front and back half are so flimsy they bend and can be squeezed together, pen must be at an exact 90 degree angle and requires too much force to push down and activate sound. Worst of all, it will not turn on anymore (have been through 3 packs of batteries) and on button isn't even put together straight - green button is not centered within the volume control. A MAJOR dissapointment from what I thought was a quality brand. Would NOT recommend for the price.

            I gave this toy to my daughter yesterday for Christmas. It worked for one hour and now, after replacing the batteries, the machine will turn on, but there is no sound and the pen does not activate anything. This is very frustrating. I would appreciate some help from the manufacturer, but there is not a trouble-shooting page on their website. I am stuck with a good looking toy that fails to teach after an hour of play. Don't waste your money..
