Great game for the grandkids. They have really enjoyed it. Even fun for the 18 month old.

I loved this game when i was a kid, so we got it for my 3 year old. It is a pain to put together (and if you want to keep it in the box for storage, you have to take it apart each time.) The plastic is very flimsy and it is not going to be long before it is going to get broken. The marbles aren'teven real marbles, they are plastic balls that aren't even perfectly round. They get stuck in the hippo throats. ONe of our hippos doesn't even really work that well...boo to the person that has to play with the blue hippo!

I just purchased this product a few days ago and already the hippos continuously keep breaking. My kids (ages 3 and 4) enjoy playing this game but have frequently commented on the hippos "getting sick again". This game is a great way for kids to learn colors and counting but will probably not last very long.

My daughter got the game as a Christmas present. The game parts are cheaply made. The balls get stuck in the necks of the hippos. It's not worth paying full price.

We got this for our daughter, as a Christmas gift. What a disappointment! It's very small to start with, the hippos are very flimsy and the marbles get caught in their throats and won't come out. Sometimes, when you push down on a hippos lever, the head pops out and won't go back in. This is just junk, not like the Hungry Hungry Hippos from when I was a kid. Sad, because HHH was a great game when I was young.

The game is just not made very well. You have to put the game together every time you want to play with it. Then when you do play the heads get stuck or the marbles get stuck in the body. That's only when you can acually get it to work without falling apart. I will not be keeping the game. Just very dissapointed....

My 2 year old loves it. She doesn't know how to play yet, but loves to eat all the balls. She spends a great amount of time playing and also tells us to join her. I loved this game when I was a kid and was happy to know she loves it, too. The only problem I found is that the balls get stuck on the neck of the hippos and it's hard to remove them from there. Also, the part that stores the balls is loose.

Bought this for my family, to relive my childhood and share a fun game w/ my son.
Wow! What junk! 2 hippos didn't work (couldn't push down on handle) and none would stay on the board!
This game is NOTHING like I remember it when I was a kid! It's going back asap! Which stinks cause I love this game, just not this version. IMO, get a vintage one and buy new marbles!
My pros are for the game in general, NOT this version.
