I purchased this mobile for my baby's crib after I realized how much she enjoyed the mini mobile above her swing. I must say she is a pretty easy baby and does not startle easily and is not too upset by tiny noises, so the clicking and the motor noises do not bother her in the least (they are VERY quiet noises, but I can imagine if your baby is sensitive it may be an issue). Anyway, the different music selections are lovely, and soothing (we like the lullaby the best). The mobile pieces twirl around and also spin which captures our baby's attention and helps her drift back to sleep after waking up or if she is half asleep and needs to go to bed. Overall I recommend! Also very easy to put together.

This product is a quite a bit larger than I expected, since my daughter as a mini-crib. It would do very well on a full sized crib. Most of the time, I have the mobile part detached. The mobile is angled so, really, the best way for it to be viewed is if it is attached the crib at my child's feet. She likes it and we use just the music box sometimes for bedtime lullabies, especially the classical setting, as it plays "Claire de Lune" as one of its pieces.

I can not say enough positive things about this mobile. I was lucky enough to purchase this very discounted, but even if I paid full price it would be worth the money and then some. Not only are the colors great, it is adorable and keeps my daughter entertained for at times, a full hour. She loves the music and staring at the bright colors. It is very well made. If you are looking for a mobile that is more than cute, but actually is interesting to your newborn, then look no further.

Very eye appealing, nice music selection, baby seems to like it, me not so much. The clicking sound everyone else talks about is annoying! The baby doesn't seem to mind it though. As long as baby is happy, momma is happy. I would not buy this mobile again simply because of the clicking noise.

I gave this 3 starts because I don't think this will be a very good mobile for a newborn. The motor is a little loud but I'm pretty sure the baby won't be able to hear it since the lowest volume setting for the music is pretty loud itself. The little animals are cute but they jerk once they get to the bottom of their rotation and I believe that's going to be startling for a newborn. I think this would be much better for an older baby/toddler. I do love the variety of music and the night light feature, though. The music is soothing and would be great if it was just a little quieter.

This mobile is the best I've seen! Prior to using this I bought a Jojo mobile because it was cute however it was extremely expensive and played one music box like song(see review if you'd like) that sounded terrible. This mobile on the other hand must have over 10 songs and all of them are ear catching to me and my baby! My daughter also loves starring at the mobile right before she goes to bed every night. It's also good because the mobile detaches from the music box so she can use it when she's a toddler. In my opinion Tiny Love has everyone else beat as far as mobiles. For the price compared to most others their mobiles cant be beat! I will definitely keep buying and watch for more of their products in the future. The only thing I would complain about is the 4 C batteries it takes which I think can get expensive over time, but so far I've had the mobile for a month and the songs are still sounding crystal clear and the entire mobile is going strong with almost daily use.

My husband and I were setting up the nursery. We have 5 much older kids this is the bonus child. It looked cute. We figured out that it had an attachment to allow it to fit the new convertible crib, wish their instructions pointed that out somewhere. We turned it on.... we were amazed at the terrible, hollow, plastic sounding songs. We barely recognized the songs. We definitely did not find them soothing. Then we watched the mobile go around... the main piece rotates around, that is cute. But then the individual flowers do an extra gravity induced spin. If that is supposed to be soothing, it missed the mark. It set off my startle response, I am guessing for a baby trying to drift off to sleep it would be the same. So bottom line... horrible speaker system, not soothing. We returned it.

I bought this for my daughter when she was bout 2.5 months old and she has loved it from the beginning! It holds her attention, she moves her arms about and kicks as she is excited about what she sees. It not only turns like a regular mobile, but the disks that the animals are on turn as well, which is added movement. The colors are great. The only con is that it scratched up my wood crib, so I had to put cloth between the mobile and wood.

My baby is 7 weeks old, and she loves this mobile! We installed it on her crib, and she kicks her feet to the music, and reaches her arms up (making grabbing motions with her hands) at the animals, and tracks the animals with her eyes. The music on this will cycle for up to 40 minutes -- and she stays entertained (and not fussing/crying!) for the whole time! Do you know how happy I am to have that time free to eat a sandwich/take a shower/do some chores without being disrupted?

There's a big variety of music/sounds on this mobile, which I really like. The sound quality is good, as is the volume (you can adjust it up and down, and it neither gets too quiet or too loud). I love that your baby can self-select the music (although my baby isn't quite old enough yet for that). I also love that the mobile part can be removed, and it has a little handle so older babies/toddlers can use it like a little boom box. Toys that have long useful lifes are the best!

The animals are cute and nicely detailed. As the mobile turns, the animals rotate in their own mini circles. They hang from these pink disks that are about the size of a tea saucer. Those disks rotate to help shift the weight of the animals, and keep them rotating. One "negative" is that when these disks rotate as they hit the bottom of the big circle (that the whole mobile makes) they make a clicking sound. It's not ideal -- but honestly, I don't think it bothers my baby at all. It's almost kind of a rythmic clicking anyway, and not super obnoxious, nor does it drown out the music.

We have an expensive, wrought iron crib with a lot of detailing on it, and this mobile attached on no problem. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a crib it won't attach to. It attaches on strongly and securely, without damaging the crib. And it can be easily moved up and down, so the mobile is at whatever height you desire.

It's also nice that it has a nightlight, which provides a soft glow that should not be disruptive to sleep. If you don't want to use the nightlight, just flip the switch to turn it off, but keep the mobile and music going. This thing is so customizable and adpatable!
