I bought this online and was very happy when I saw that looked even better than I imagined (most costumes have the opposite effect) I have no complaints about the quality or color. Be aware that you might need one size up b/c the waist line was too tight on *average size* 3yr old and ended up hurting her. Another problem was keeping the hat positioned on her head, but it wasnt a big issue.
