First and foremost the bike was delivered in its original packaging to my home,and was left on my front patio for all the world to see. It was not shipped in a plain brown box. It was a good thing that my adult son and I were home and discovered it within a short period of time before anyone had an opportunity to steal it. Secondly, the instruction manual is a joke. It was a good thing that my husband used to tinker with bikes in his youth, so he knew how to assemble it and fix the brake problem along with some other problems he found in how it was manufactured. Schwinn used to be an excellent brand of bike. Not anymore.
