My 6 year old daughter got the whole set with the station for Christmas and absolutely loves it! She has spent hours creating the most beautiful jewelry! Buying more refills now and needing more butterfly's because they are so pretty! Everything about this product from taking it out of package, setting it up and her making the jewelry was easy, fun and absolutely amazing! Works perfectly and have zero complaints! Just wish I would have had it when I was a kid, but having a blast with her!!! I wear my necklace she made me all the time and get so many compliments on it!!! Love, love, love this product!!!

loved this product. My daughter had 2 friends over, and it was unbielivable that for [$], they entertained themselves for 2 hours. Lots of fun and will now purchse more of their products.

    If it's not working for you maybe you didn't use it right --read the instructions--you need to add ice cubes to make the water icy cold then it works amazingly. YOu can dip back and forth between hot and cold. use ice to paint--its mesmerizing.
    I've never seen anything so cool. It works exactly like the commercial. Perfct for birthday gifts.
