This is by far one of the best train tracks available! All the track pieces snap together so I'm not sure how anyone can complain that it doesn't stay together... I picked it up and moved it with nothing coming apart, so they must not be putting it together correctly...

This is one of the best tracks my son has had. He loves it! My track stays together perfectly. You just have to make sure you snap it down. It works best on a train table or hard surface. Whoever created this was genius! I like how it can be changed into several different layouts. My 4 year old loves it. He has never been bored or frustrated with it. Also, he likes to use his matchbox cars on it. I really can't say enough about this set. We love it. Much better than Thomas take and plays.

I was a little nervous about this Christmas gift because my boys wanted it so badly but the two reviews I had read were a tad negative. But we have been super pleased with the product. I am able to assemble it without even looking at true instructions - I just look at the pictures on the box and in the manual. My boys are 3.5 and 1.5 years, and when my younger bumps into it, it does not fall apart. If I snap the supports in tightly, I can actually move the track a few inches across the floor without it breaking up too badly.

The best part - Hot Wheels fit perfectly on the track, so if we lose the trains (or if they get bored of Chuggington in general), it will still be a fun toy. I would consider buying a second die cast track later to mate with this one. Great product.

I do wish that the instructions for laying out each of the seven configurations was included in the box, because I am having trouble printing them online for my boys to try and follow. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Our three year old LOVES this, as well as the "Wilson's Wild Ride" track. We love that it shows multiple ways to set it up. When the kids get bored with one set up, we can just change it up for them. The directions are only found on the internet, but there are pictures of the layouts with the origional directions. We just went by the photos, but the directions should be easy to access on the internet. Our only issue is the pieces used to elevate the track slip out easily if our little guy leans on the track even the slightest bit (trying to reach the otherside, or a train). Ha is able to put the track pieces back together easily though, so not a big problem. Worth the money forus, as it has kept the little guy busy and happy.

I bought this for my 3 year old and it lasted about 5 minutes before it fell apart. The pieces do not stay together well.

My two sons, 5 and 3, love this toy. I was going to wait till Christmas, but they seemed bored this weekend, so I let them open it. They were thrilled, and managed, with a couple of hints from mom, to put it together themselves.
It's very sturdy once it's up, and even the little one didn't topple it. Hours of cool fun sending their various chuggington engines down the circuit.

I bought this toy for my grandson. Whenever he visits, he loves to watch Chuggington. And, I'll admit I was concerned when he picked out this toy for his birthday. It looked pretty complicated, and I am used to having to put these things together time after time for my grandkids. Well, this one went together with ease. He is four years old and put together nearly everything himself. I had to help only with one or two of the do-dads. And, once it was together, it stuck together. And he loves it. He plays with it for hours on end, sometimes changing some track but always squealing with joy.

This product is very frustrating. The plastic track will not stay together and constantly comes apart. The part that "shoots" the action chugger out is poorly made and the train gets stuck at the top. My four year old loves Chuggington but he gets so upset that this track will not stay together that it is not worth it. In my opinion, the amount is better spend on purchasing wooden tracks, which are more durable and stay together better. We received it as a gift last week and I am going to take it back to the store and see if we can return it.
