Bought these for my 6 yr. old Granddaughter for Christmas. They were put on the "list" since she's outgrown the baby monitor & would get frustrated when she would call downstairs, but her parents couldn't answer her. After reading reviews on these & others, wondered if they would be a waste of money. They worked great at my house since it's out in the country & houses are far apart. Had a concern that there would be interference since she lives in town with houses on top of each other. NOT a problem!! Now she can call down & my Daughter doesn't have to keep running up & down the steps to see what she wants & they can use the baby monitor for the real Baby that's coming in April!! Battery life so far is fine because they are turned off when not in use. Would highly recommend.

      These won't even work after returning the same kind of camera which wouldn't even turn on. The walkie talkie turned on and were picking up another signal but you couldn't hear someone talk in them. Returned and not going to buy any other of these products.
