I bought this for my very energetic 5yr old grandson. He loves jumping on it, but the legs should have been angled out to make it stable. It has to be placed against a piece of furniture to keep it from tipping over. the reference to "safety handle" made me think it would have been tested for safety. It was rather deceiving.

The trampoline is good. It lets my boys express their energy inside during the winter.

The issue i have is with customer service. Christmas eve we put the trampoline together only to find the middle bar was missing. Safty issue. Customer service has been no help and now i have to run through hoops to fix this trampoline my boys love.

Overall if it actually comes with all the parts this is a good buy. But according to other reviews i am not the only one who had missing or issues with parts. Good luck if you decide to buy this one.

Before the trampoline was assembled the box had been unkowningly thrown out. When assembling the trampoline we noticed that one of the bars had not been drilled so the screw could not go in. We had to buy a tool to make this work. This item was not available in the store and had to be ordered on line so I would have had to return the item to the store (which is not in my town) and order it again on line and take the chance that it was still available.

I bought this item to replace a different trampoline from a different company. That trampoline fell apart/ripped the second time it was used. This trampoline had held up great. My grandchild loves it and uses it everyday! It was a lot easier to assemble and is a lot sturdier!

We bought this toy for our son for Christmas. Christmas Eve as we were putting it together, we realized that there was a leg with no threading. We called TRU to see if an exchange was poss. No. They are sold out. Waited a week to call the 'Main" company, only to find out it will be 6 WEEKS for a new leg to be shipped because they are doing "inventory"! Asked to speak with a manager, she tells me she is the ONE person working today. TERRIBLE Customer Service, this woman refused to help me further. I wouldn't say it ruined Christmas, but it sure did put a kink in my week =(!!!

The trampoline was easy to put together and our daughter has really enjoyed it so far. It is also the right size for her to grow into which was a criteria when researching trampolines; many of them were intended for toddlers.

The screws were missing and the handle pad was ripped when we opened it. My grandson was very disappointed on Christmas day.

I just received this product in the mail. I was weary ordering it since the size and weight capacity is not listed anywhere. I called Toys R us for information but they were of no use, they only told me the dimensions of the box the product comes in ( Thanks ...lol ) I ordered it anyway with my fingers crossed. So for anyone curious the trampoline measures 3 feet across and it has a weight capacity of 155 lbs. The set up is simple, the straps are all attached already and it just snaps open. this is a Christmas present so I can't give much info on durability or usage since the kids won't see it until next month. But so far I am extremely pleased with it !
