We loved this swing, it was the only way we could get our newborn to sleep. However, the motor died after only 4 months and now we must go out to purchase a new swing. I did buy the protection plan after having a previous Fisher Price Swing stop working on us as well...It seems that not many swings get good reviews due to this issue. It seems that the refund process is pretty straight-forward, but I am just initiating the process now so I am not 100% sure on this. I would have definitely reccommended this swing before this issue as we loved that the swing was relatively quiet when swinging, it had a plug-in option which saved a lot of batteries, and the cover was relatively easy to remove to put in the washer.

I bought this as a floor model, already assembled.. so I can't say anything about putting it together. It had a few black scuffs, but nothing bad so I washed the cover, looks good as new!
I love that it lights up, and the songs/sounds, but don't really like that it's so noisy while moving.. with the sounds on, it's not very noticeable, but if they aren't it's definitely not quiet. Other than that, I have no complaints!!! Perfect little swing! : )

I brought the swing when my daughter was 6 weeks old and i don't know why I didn't buy it sooner! My daughter loves this swing. She's so calm when she's in it and usually falls sleep fast after BF her. But my only concern is this cracking noise it makes time for time... I wanted to give this swing 3 stars because of the noise but maybe that's because i didn't screw in the screws tight enough (?!) ... 4 stars it is because its a life saver!

I thought this cradle swing was perfect. My sister got this for me n i feel in love with it completely. My daughter loves her swing. She loves the light and the diffrent positions. i dnt know im gonna do when she get to big for it lol.

My daughter was 7 weeks old and I needed something for her to sit in while in the family room. The swing was so pretty, I feel in love with it in the store and had have it for my princess. Once we got it home it took about 10 minute to assemble, really easy. I was nervous I didnt know whether she would like it but I wasn't disappointed. She loved the swing. She loves to watch the butterfly lights and swats at the spinning mobile. The nature sounds are perfect for her at night and I play the melodies for her during the day. The colors are soft and feminine and the canopy completes the piece perfectly. This swing has everything I wanted in a swing plus a beautiful design!!!

Easy to assemble until you get to the screws to put the sides on. They don't fit!! For something so pricey you would think they would get it right. Other than that, it's a beautiful swing and I can't wait to use it. If I have any other issues, I will update later.

This swing worked less than 2 hours and then stopped working! Very frustrating! Don't waste your money!!!

It was pretty easy to put together. The only thing I didn't like was the screws were a little hard to screw in.

I bought it for my baby that I am about to have so haven't used it with a baby yet (does a doll count lol). It is beautiful, easy to put together, the 2 positions (front to back and side to side) are awesome, the seat reclines or sits up (which I was a little disappointed in- It says it sits up but it is barely sitting up- it's still pretty much the original position). I saw Snooki using this swing on her show and her baby was sleeping in it and using it alot.
The light show is really great *although if it is daylight, you can not tell that the lights are even on. The mobile goes by itself and can be turned on/off. There are two 'nature' sounds which were "OK" (could be better but weren't horrible) and there are supposedly 16 songs (it doesn't seem to be 16, but the few it does have are OK).

It is a bit bulky (there is an option to fold the legs together but the actual swing part still is in the way). I wouldn't recomend unless you can leave the swing out most of the time or unless you have a big closet.... Mine will not be able to fit in a closet and we will have to leave it out in the family room.

I never had this type of swing with my first (I had the 'old' fashioned type of swing where the baby had to be at least a couple months old to be able to sit in it. This one you can but a newborn in, but now I am concerned about the later months...

The best part is you don't have to buy batteries and you can just plug it in or if u want get batteries.

This swing is great! The colors and pattern are very pretty. The noises are so smoothing. I love the night owl sounds and the bird sounds. My little girl LOVES the pretty light. If it's dark the light comes off the shape of butterflies she loves to watch it it's adorable. Assembly wasn't bad at all and I'm terrible about putting things together. The directions were awesome. You won't be dissapointed. Best swing I've come accross!
