I have never recieved my product at all.I have tried to get it and was told they left a note size card in my mail box and I have never seen that.When I emailed Toys r us they said they put it there.My question is why did they not just leave my item at my home,it had the 911E address in stead of 524 number.If that were true the mail person whom deliveries my mail everyday would have left it.I ordered it on Dec 7th and the money was taking out of my account that very same night,but I do not have my product which was a Christmas gift for my daughter.I would like to get my money back or the item.I do not intend to shop at Toys R Us anymore.Mindy Sayer

I was informed that even though it is definitely Niall, my niece thought it he didn't look fully like Niall. However, she did like the doll. She was disappointed the box was ruined (due to the postman shoving it into our mailbox) so it's not 'collectible' material now. However, she was very excited to have her favorite 1D to display.
