We have four grandchildren and they all enjoy Lego products. We still have the lego sets from our 39 year old son's collection. They last forever. Expand a child's imagination. Adults enjoy construction Lego sets. Spring break is next week and we are heading to Florida and Legoland is on the trip schedule.

After seeing "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey"
the FIRST time I ordered this as soon as I returned home! I loved the battle scenes with the Goblins and especially the Goblin King. My husband and I enjoyed putting this together and my students have enjoyed playing with it while awaiting their weekly lessons. It is sturdy, stays together well, there is even a scribe for the Goblin King in a movable basket, other movable parts, separate boats, ladder, treasure, seven cool minifigures and the giant Goblin King, skulls, bones, & weapons galore. We played with it after returning from The Hobbit the THIRD time as well. One of the all time great sets! So is the Hobbit house!

The promotion when we ordered thiis set was to get an lord of the ring $5 elf set for free.....the free promotion never shipped and when we called toysrus they said it was in store only....not true. I even printed out the promotion and they refuse to send us the free item. The closeset trus is 300 miles. Dont advertise something that you dont intend to do :(
