Tablet is no good. Speakers stopped working 2 days later and the charger is super fragile. Takes forever to charge and dies within 30 mins even when not in use. Tried returning and could only exchange for the same product , whats that about? Finally exchanged it for another tablet that cost $130 more because I couldnt get a refund even though their aware that the tablet is no good. I wouldnt recommend buying any electronics here. Dont waste your money on this tablet!

Difficulty getting access to network tried a second router and it would drop a strong signal I was within 10ft of router. Slow responses to touches on screen sometimes had to tap harder several times to get response.
I recieved this pad from acrued points with Visa card.
I do not recommend it.

I bought two of these tablets for my sons. Within the first 3 months one of the tablets charging port fell in. Put in a servie request for that because I bought the protection plan. I am waiting on word from that tablet. This wknd the headphone jack port fell in on the other tablet. Will have to send a request in for this one as well. Would not recommend buying if you are not able to purchase the protection plan because something is always breaking. Also the sound from one tablet would not work unless headphones were plugged into the port.

The piece inside charging port falls and it doesnt allow tablet to charge. Changed it twice and it keeps happening.

I purchased two of these tablets for Christmas for my eight and nine year children. Within two weeks one of the charger ports broke off inside the tablet, making it impossible to connect and charge. For some unknown reason, it wouldn't charge with the usb cable either. Approximately a month later the same thing happened to the other one. Luckily I decided to buy the Protection/Replacement Plan at the time of purchase. The replacement plan was a life saver. It was honored with both tablets. Shortly after sending the tablets in, I received gift cards to cover the amounts of the tablets.
