Instead of purchasing three different toys, I went with this option to see if it was as fun as it seems. Lots of fun for my Thomas' fans! It has a fast shut, the 'spiral', and the annex that is exactly as the Sodor Steamworks Repair Shed with Stanley. Works great because the trains go down real fast! Not like Morgan's Mine, an early toy that has a big spiral but the trains move s-low...
The rock loading feature is nice also, very easy for toddlers to use. Our next adventure would be to add some talking trains to it, to make it more exciting!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
