I read another review someone wrote saying their dining room chairs are "massive" so I decided to get this booster because it has a nice price. I brought it home and immediately tried to "install" it. Even after adjusting the straps to the longest setting they were still too short. I admit I do have rather wide chairs so I knew this could be an issue no matter what booster I purchase. I'm going to try a different brand and see what happens. I'm hoping because it is less expensive it's because they decided to save money on strap length?

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I was nervous that this seat wouldn't fit on our large dining chairs after reading the previous review. She must not have bothered to adjust the straps because I made them as big as possible and had to tighten them A LOT around our massive chairs. It secures great, my 13 month old fits comfortably with room to grow. We are keeping this in our car for when we have dinner at family/friend's houses - and it folds down nice and compact for that purpose!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I purchased this for when my Granddaughter visits and I will be returning it. The straps aren't long enought to secure to our dining room chairs. Both the back straps and the under seat straps are too short to secure it to the chair. If you have unusually small chairs, it may fit, but I would suggest a different one.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
