my daughter received this for her shower,it is poor quality. the aspirator is unsafe and falls apart when you squeeze it. the bag is the cutest thing.I asked her not to use it.

Had this with my son and still use it now and he's two. I plan on getting another for my daughter that will be arriving next month. Comes with most of the essentials you need for a newborn.

The suction is non-existent for the bulb aspirator, as its two-piece "easy clean" design ruined the results desired. . When you squeeze the rubber bulb it detaches from the piece that inserts into the baby's nose.
The nail clippers seem to be ergonomic for an adult, but we've yet to test these yet. The thermometer takes 3+ minutes to finish a readout from under the arm -much too long when trying to comfort a squirming baby or toddler in my opinion.
The wrap case is a cute fabric and it is handy for keeping the baby's toiletries together, but there are better kits available to purchase than this one.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
