Babies do not "VACUM" milk out!

        After reading the description it is concerning that they would say that using these bottles are just like drinking from a breast. Then say that liquid does not flow unless baby creates a "vacum" babies do not "Create a Vacum" to pull milk from a nipple. They press on the areola (back of the nipple) with their tounge to push out the milk from the milk glands and milk than flows into babies mouth. This bottle will change a babies sucking reflex and WILL cause nipple confusion if used before breastfeeding is really established.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

        I have tried Dr Browns, Breastflow and Medela Calma bottles. My daughter gets fussy when taking a bottle period. So thats why I have tried so many different brands. She seems to take the Dr. Brown ones better. I thought the other ones would work better due to the fact that I breast feed but that was not the case for us. A little irritated that these were so expensive and I don't have use for them now.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

        This bottle saved us when my child entered daycare! After trying 4 different brands of bottles, this one finally worked. After much research, I read some negative comments about leaking and spilling. However, I have never had one leak with these bottles. You just have to make sure that they are assembled properly...which is not hard to do. Yes, the nipple does have 3 different pieces but they are really easy to put together and wash! The only negative that I see about these bottles is that the set comes with 2 bottles but only 1 nipple, so you have to buy another nipple separately if you want two bottle sets. They get pretty costly! But, for a happy baby, it's worth it! Forgot to mention, my baby is not gassy, at all, with these bottles!

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
