        It took 3 purchases to get a working camera.

        Everytime, I called ahead to check stock at toys r us mayfield and they told me that they were out of them.
        So,then I used the order online with the instore pickup option and I would receive an email within the hour that my order was ready for pickup.
        And, at the store I would check the camera section to see how many they really had. never less than 4 on display!

          The first Camera we purchased did not last 3 hours before the screen failed. We called Toys R Us and were told that they were out of stock. I went on-line and purchased the camera using Same Day In-store pickup. I shortly after, I received an email that my Camera was ready for pick-up.
          I guess they were in stock?
          When I arrived home we opened the package only to discover that the screen on this camera had several bad pixels. Again, I called the store and was told that they do not have them. Again, I went on-line and purchased the camera using Same Day In-store pickup.
          Every trip to the store is 30 miles round trip. Dealing with this has been hassel and Toys R Us needs to look into their customer service.

              Product was DOA out of the box. Polaroid website does not show nor recognize thier own product for a driver. Verrrry cheesy product with poor quality control to let an obvious defective product out the door. Complete failure and a serious disappointment to a kid on Christmas.
